Pakistan will square off against Bangladesh in the ninth match of the ongoing Champions Trophy at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Rawalpindi on Thursday. This will be a dead rubber contest as both of these two teams have been knocked out of the eight-team tournament after losing their opening two games.
Pakistan lost their previous match against India by six wickets after they were skittled out for only 241. On the other hand, Bangladesh could only manage 236 runs on the board against New Zealand in their last game. Thus, both teams will need to come up with an improved batting show as they will play for pride in their last game of the tournament.
