The defending champions of the Champions Trophy, Pakistan will lock horns against New Zealand at the National Stadium, Karachi on Wednesday. When these two teams met recently in the tri-series, New Zealand won comprehensively on both occasions.
Ergo, Pakistan will need to come up with an improved performance whereas the Kiwis will aim to carry the good show. Kane Williamson scored 225 runs in three matches and the former New Zealand captain will hold the key.
Pakistan would want to come up with a better batting show and they must put enough runs on the board for their quality bowling line-up.
