India will square off against South Africa in the second T20I at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium, Mullanpur, Chandigarh on Thursday. The hosts were able to draw first blood, winning the series opener by a gargantuan margin of 101 runs at Cuttack.
Hardik Pandya was the star of the show in the opening game, smashing a blistering knock of 59 runs off just 28 balls. Moreover, India came up with a collective bowling effort as Jasprit Bumrah, Arshdeep Singh, Varun Chakravarthy, and Axar Patel bagged two wickets each.
