Abu Dhabi Knight Riders will lock horns against Sharjah Warriors in the 28th match of the ongoing International League T20 at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi on Saturday. Abu Dhabi Knight Riders have failed to register a single win so far out of the eight games they have played (not considering their Friday game against MI Emirates).
The Riders have suffered seven losses and one of their games had ended in no result. On the other hand, Sharjah Warriors have won three out of the eight games they have played in the ongoing inaugural season of the International League T20.
Sharjah Warriors lost their previous match against Desert Vipers by 22 runs. The Warriors could only manage 126-8 in the run-chase of 149 and they will need to come up with a better batting show. Warriors captain Moeen Ali will return to the team after the ODI series against South Africa, which will be a big boost.
On the other hand, Abu Dhabi Knight Riders lost their previous match against Dubai Capitals by seven wickets. ADKR could only manage 149 runs on the board and they will also want to put in a better batting performance.
When these two teams had met earlier in the season, Sharjah Warriors had won by four wickets.
