IPL 2023: Kolkata Knight Riders vs Chennai Super Kings, Game 33 – Match Prediction

Kolkata Knight Riders will lock horns against Chennai Super Kings in the 33rd game of the Indian Premier League 2023 at the iconic Eden Gardens, Kolkata on Sunday. KKR have managed only two wins in six matches and they are struggling in the bottom half of the points table.

Consequently, KKR needs to turn the tables and they will be looking to get back to winning ways after losing their last three matches. KKR hasn’t been able to come up with a collective show and they will want their players to take onus.

KKR could not get going with the bat in the last match against Delhi Capitals as they were skittled out for a paltry score of 127 runs. The team’s top and middle order will have come up with a better show.

Meanwhile, before their clash against SRH, CSK managed three wins in five matches. CSK had put in a good batting show against RCB as they had posted 226 runs on the board after fifties from Devon Conway and Shivam Dube. However, their fast bowling unit still remains a grey area in their squad.

MS Dhoni is once again getting the best out of his players and it won’t be a bad idea if he promotes himself in the batting order as he is timing the ball to perfection.

Match Prediction: Chennai Super Kings will enter the contest as favorites against Kolkata Knight Riders.
