IPL 2025: Delhi Capitals vs Gujarat Titans – Match Preview

Delhi Capitals will lock horns against Gujarat Titans in the 60th match of the ongoing IPL 2025 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi on Sunday. Delhi’s last game against Punjab Kings was abandoned at Dharamshala due to security reasons.

After resumption, in-form GT batter Jos Buttler will be available for three remaining league stage games. The table-toppers have signed Sri Lankan wicket-keeper Kusal Mendis for INR 75 lakhs but the right-hander has never played in the IPL.

On the other hand, DC signed Mustafizur Rahman as replacement for Jake Fraser-McGurk. However, the Bangladesh pacer will need to wait for an NOC certificate from BCB as he is currently in the UAE for five-match T20I series against Pakistan.

However, there is no confirmation regarding Mitchell Starc’s availability. If the Australian misses the rest of the season, it would be a huge blow for DC, who had lost their last two games before the tournament’s suspension. Axar Patel’s would want to return back to winning ways to keep themselves in the top-four race.
