IPL 2025: Delhi Capitals vs Gujarat Titans – Match Preview

Delhi Capitals will lock horns against Gujarat Titans in the 62nd match of the ongoing IPL 2025 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi on Sunday. Delhi’s last game against Punjab Kings was abandoned at Dharamshala due to security reasons after the war situation between India and Pakistan continues to rise.

Gujarat Titans, on the other hand, registered a thrilling three wicket win against Mumbai Indians in the last game. GT needed 15 runs to win off the last over and Rahul Tewatia and Gerald Coetzee were able to deliver against Deepak Chahar.

The previous game was the first instance of the season when none of the top three GT batters could get a fifty. It is crucial for other batters to come to the party as the franchise has been over-reliant on the shoulders of Shubman Gill, Sai Sudharsan, and Jos Buttler, who all have scored more than 500 runs in the season.

Furthermore, Sai Kishore has done a tremendous job for GT in the middle overs, whereas Rashid Khan looked at his previous best in the last game against MI.

DC, on the other hand, would look to come up with an improved bowling show as they conceded 122 runs in the first 10 overs against PBKS.
