Rajasthan Royals will lock horns against a high-flying Gujarat Titans at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium, Jaipur, in the ongoing IPL 2025 on Monday. While RR is languishing at the penultimate position in the points table, GT looks like a team on a mission with six wins in eight games.
GT have ticked the right boxes with both bat and ball and have won four of their last five matches. The top three batters continue to deliver for Gujarat Titans as Shubman Gill, Sai Sudharsan and Jos Buttler once again performed against KKR.
Furthermore, their bowling attack has been right on the money with Prasidh Krishna doing a fantastic job.
On the other hand, it has been an opposite story for the Rajasthan Royals. The inaugural champions have lost their last five matches, which is definitely not a great sign in a tournament like the IPL. In fact, RR should have crossed the line in their previous three games as they were in a shoo-in position in the run-chases but their batting unit failed to hold their nerves.
