IPL 2025 will resume on May 17 with Royal Challengers Bengaluru all set to take on defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders at Bengaluru. The 18th edition of the tournament was temporarily suspended by the BCCI amid rising border tensions between India and Pakistan.
The match between Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals was also abandoned due to security reasons in Dharamsala. That game will be replayed in Jaipur on May 24.
Meanwhile, the playoffs and the final venues are yet to be decided by the Indian board. There will be two double-headers on May 18 and May 25, both Sundays.
Qualifier 1 and Eliminator are scheduled to be played on May 29 and 30 respectively. The second qualifier will be played on June 1.
