Sunrisers Hyderabad will lock horns against Punjab Kings in the 27th match of the ongoing IPL 2025 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad on Saturday. The Orange Army is struggling at the bottom of the standings with a solitary win in five games whereas Punjab Kings has got off to a promising start as they have registered three wins in four games.
Hyderabad hasn’t been able to deliver with the bat and it has led to their downfall. They have suffered four straight losses and their batting order hasn’t been at their best. The Orange Army posted a gargantuan score of 286 runs in the opening game against Rajasthan Royals but things haven’t gone their way since then.
Pat Cummins’ team has adopted an aggressive approach irrespective of the match situation and they would want to take a second look at their strategy.
On the other hand, Punjab Kings have ticked the right boxes. In the last game, Priyansh Arya scored a magnificent century off just 39 balls against CSK and the young left-hander would look to carry his good form. Furthermore, Shashank Singh and Marco Jansen played a key role as they added the finishing touches.
