Punjab Kings will square off against Gujarat Titans at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium, Mullanpur, New Chandigarh on Tuesday. Both of these teams had qualified for the playoffs in the previous season and once again their first aim will be to start on a winning note.
The Titans had got off to a solid start in the last edition but they had slightly veered off the track at the business end of the tournament.
Meanwhile, PBKS head coach Ricky Ponting is known to get the best out of his team and he would look to deliver the goods.
