Quetta Gladiators will face Karachi Kings in the 22nd match of the ongoing Pakistan Super League 2023 at the Pindi Club Ground, Rawalpindi on Monday. Quetta Gladiators are struggling at the bottom of the points table with a solitary win in seven matches they have played.
The Gladiators haven’t been able to deliver the goods collectively and they have lost their last five matches, failing to achieve any kind of impetus. The Sarfaraz Ahmed-led team lost their previous match against Islamabad United by two wickets. QTG haven’t been able to win the crucial stages of the matches and it has led to their downfall.
On the other hand, Karachi Kings also find themselves in the same boat as Quetta Gladiators. KRK have managed only two wins out of the eight matches they have played.
The Imad Wasim-led team lost their previous match against Islamabad United by six wickets. Wasim admitted that they haven’t been at their best with the ball in the last few matches and it is a cause of concern for them.
Both teams have their backs against the wall and they will be looking to come up with rearguard performance.
