The inaugural champions Rajasthan Royals will begin their IPL 2025 campaign against the previous season’s runners-up Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad on Sunday.
The Royals have retained their solid Indian batting core as they have kept batters like Sanju Samson, Riyan Parag, Dhruv Jurel, and Yashasvi Jaiswal. Furthermore, they have retained Shimron Hetmyer and Sandeep Sharma.
RR have been among the title contenders in the last couple of seasons but they have roped in a new bowling attack in the mega auction.
