West Indies will square off against New Zealand in the 26th match of the ongoing T20 World Cup 2024 at the Brian Lara Stadium, Tarouba, Trinidad on Wednesday. The Windies have won both of their matches so far and a win against the Kiwis will ensure their Super 8 qualification.
On the other hand, the Blackcaps suffered a hammering against Afghanistan as they were beaten by a gargantuan margin of 84 runs. New Zealand is always known to punch above their weight but it was a horrid start for them and they will look to turn a corner.
The Kiwis were sloppy in the field and they were also bundled out for a paltry score of 75 runs.
