Dindigul Dragons will face Salem Spartans in the 28th match of the ongoing Tamil Nadu Premier League at the SCG Cricket Ground, Salem on Sunday.
This will be the last league stage match of the tournament before the playoff stage starts.
Dindigual Dragons have managed two wins in the six matches they have played and they are currently in the fifth place in the standings. On the other hand, Salem Spartans have failed to win a solitary contest and they are almost out of the tournament.
Dindigul Dragons have lost their previous match against Chepauk Super Gillies by five wickets. DD could only manage 138 runs on the board in the last game and they will need to come up with a better batting effort.
On the other hand, nothing has worked for Salem Spartans in the tournament. They haven’t been able to come up with a collective effort with bat and ball and would want to finish their tournament on a high. SS lost their last match against CSG after they could only manage 113 runs on the board and they will look to better their batting performance.
Match Prediction: Dindigul Dragons might enter the contest as favorites against Salem Spartans.
