World Cup 2023: Netherlands’ Schedule, Probable Playing XI, Squad – All you need to know

Netherlands were brilliant in the World Cup qualifiers and they will definitely cherish the opportunity to play in the biggest cricketing carnival of the year. The Dutch won three out of the four matches in the group stages of the qualifiers. Subsequently, they won three out of their five matches in the Super Sixes and also had a better Net Run Rate than Scotland and Zimbabwe.

Ergo, the Scott Edwards-led team will aim to continue the good show in the upcoming ODI showpiece. The Men in Orange will begin their campaign against Pakistan at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad on Friday.

In fact, the Netherlands did a decent job with the ball against Australia in their warm-up match, keeping the Aussies at 166-7 after 23 overs.

October 17: Netherlands vs South Africa, Dharamsala, 2 pm
October 21: Netherlands vs Sri Lanka, Lucknow, 10:30 am
October 25: Netherlands vs Australia, Delhi, 2 pm
October 28: Netherlands vs Bangladesh, Kolkata, 2 pm
November 3: Netherlands vs Afghanistan, Lucknow, 2 pm
November 8: Netherlands vs England, Pune, 2 pm
November 12: Netherlands vs India, Bengaluru, 2 pm

Netherlands will play all of their round-robin matches from 2PM IST, barring their clash against Sri Lanka in Lucknow on 21st October, which will kick off from 10:30 in the morning.
