Meghalaya Leopards will take on Manipur Sangais in the 26th match of the ongoing NorthEast Women Football League. The match will take place at the Sports Authority of India, Imphal at Manipur at 3:00 PM IST.
I. Prameshwori Devi will lead Manipur Sangais whereas Meghalaya Leopards will be led by Philawansha Mylliemngap.
As the tournament is now at the fag end, both teams will look to give their best in this match to better than chances of qualifying for the semifinals.
Meghalaya Leopards had earlier won against Assam Rhinos convincingly by 6-1 but lost to Arunachal Pradesh Tigers by 3-1. Thus, they will look to bounce back stronger in the tournament.
On the other hand, Manipur Sangais had earlier won against Nagaland Wild Hogs by 1-0 whereas they had shared the spoils against Sikkim Pandas.
