Tottenham Hotspur are open to selling forward Brennan Johnson if a suitable offer arrives, amid growing Premier League interest in the Wales international. 

While Spurs are not actively looking to offload the attacker, the club would consider a sale during the January transfer window under the right circumstances.

Crystal Palace are currently the most advanced club in their pursuit of Johnson, with other Premier League sides also monitoring his situation.

Interest has intensified as teams assess potential attacking reinforcements ahead of the second half of the season.

Johnson enjoyed a standout campaign last term, finishing as Tottenham’s leading Premier League goalscorer with 11 goals. 

He also wrote his name into the club’s history by scoring the winning goal in the Europa League final victory over Manchester United in Bilbao, which ended Spurs’ 17-year wait for silverware.

However, changes at the club have altered his role this season. The departure of Ange Postecoglou and the appointment of Thomas Frank as head coach have seen Johnson fall down the pecking order, making just six league starts under the new manager.

With limited game time and a World Cup approaching for Wales, a move away from north London could appeal to the 24-year-old as he looks to secure regular football. Several clubs have been alerted to his availability ahead of the January window.

Johnson joined Tottenham from Nottingham Forest in the summer of 2023 in a deal worth £47.5m. 

Since arriving, he has scored 27 goals for the club and earned 42 international caps for Wales, but his long-term future at Spurs now appears increasingly uncertain.

Tottenham will host Liverpool and the Premier League on Saturday while traveling to Crystal Palace on the 28th of December in their last two fixtures in the Premier League for the year 2025 as they continue to seek stability and a comfortable space in the top five positions.
