It’s going get Hot in the Winter’s Cold
The 3rd edition of the UPB Fight Club in its Season 2, is upon us and this time things are promising to heat up. There are some very competitive Fights this time around.
This event puts in contention some young prospects going at each other to build / establish their supremacy in the said weight category. And then there is a record builder, looking to keep his record unblemished and a seasoned fellow looking for his comeback after a hiatus of a year. All in all, an enticing line-up of Fights, promising an exciting, action-packed event.
The main fight over 8 rounds should be a belter as Saurabh would want to remain undefeated throughout the year and over his career so far, who is going up against a challenger who’s unpredictable and has had both his wins come via KO. It is not going to be a walk in the park for Saurabh whose slow-and-steady style will come up against the aggressive style of Keisham Raju.
The Fight between Rahul Kumar, who’s making his comeback to the circuit after a year, with Vishwas Lahori, who lost his previous Bout to Suresh, promises to be very hard fought as both the Boxers would want a win under their Belt, and redeem their boxing careers.
Keisham Luckyson would want to continue his winning streak against Karan Gill, who’s another hardened Boxer from Punjab, who Luckyson would face in a matter of 5 months. He’s not been able to continue his KO streak in the new Season, with 2 Decision wins so far.
The smashing Fight of the Day is between Amey Nitin and Rakesh Lohchab. Amey, who’s coming back from a Title loss in March and another loss in August and an injury, would be desperate for a win whilst Rakesh would want to continue his winning streak since his KO loss a year ago. This Fight promises to be the star attraction of the Day!
Dushyant is making his comeback after a year whilst Sumit’s loss in the 1st edition of this Season would be haunting him to come back strong. An opportunity for the two Debutants from India and Afghanistan to showcase their skills now in the Professional circuit, with both possessing good Amateur records, promises to be a good start to the action.
All in all, this is another super, action-packed card of fights that has a mix of prospects and champions / leaders in the making. This card promises some explosive action and I am certain that the fans would love to watch the Fights and perhaps witness some upcoming champion Indian professional boxers in the making. Truly, some hot action on a cold winter day is on the Cards here!
