FITEQ ANNOUNCES TEQBALL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS OFFICIAL PARTNER

17 November – (HUNGARY) The International Teqball Federation (FITEQ) announced today that DafaNews, the one-stop online sports portal, has become an official partner for the Teqball World Championships 2022.

The World Championships, which commence next week and run from 23 – 27 November at the state-of-the-art KIA Metropol Arena in Nuremberg, Germany, will play host to the best Teqers from all over the world competing in men’s and women’s singles and doubles and a mixed doubles category.

The partnership with DafaNews will enable viewers to watch the event on a live stream on the DafaNews digital platform for the entire competition period, and offers advertising opportunities during the finals of the five sporting categories.

Viktor Huszár, Co-founder of Teqball and Chairman of FITEQ said, “Teqball is the world’s fastest growing sport, and its popularity is on the rise. Having DafaNews as a partner is a validation to our efforts and is a great starting point to what partners can achieve with Teqball.”

Joao Coimbra Tavares DafaNews Manager said, “At DafaNews we always aim to support the world of sports and this kind of sponsorship is one of the best ways to do it.”

He continued, “We are really impressed with the growth of Teqball in such a short time span, the sport’s rapid development is incredibly impressive. We want to be part of Teqball history, and this is a great opportunity to do so. Our hope is to take an important role in the progress and evolution of Teqball and we couldn’t be happier with this opportunity.”

The Teqball World Championships will attract world-class Teqball athletes who will deliver show-stopping performances for spectators and viewers worldwide. In addition to the DafaNews live stream, viewers will also be able to watch all the games live online on FITEQ’s YouTube channel TEQ TV, and the finals on Eurosport 1, Eurosport 2 and Eurosport Asia.

Teqball is the world’s fastest growing sport, in part due to the love many high-profile football players have for the intuitive and accessible gameplay. The likes of Lionel Messi and Neymar regularly play at home and at their training grounds, whilst Teqball Ambassadors such as Ronaldinho, Carli Lloyd, Robert Pires, William Gallas, and Carlos Puyol are part of the exciting journey.
