The defending champions, Haryana Steelers, will face UP Yoddhas in the 16th match of the ongoing Pro Kabaddi League season 12 at the Vishwanadh Sports Club, Vizag on Friday. After losing the opening match of the season, Haryana Steelers won their last game against U Mumba in the tiebreaker.
Naveen Kumar and Vinay scored nine and eight points, respectively, for the Steelers in the last game.
On the other hand, UP Yoddhas have won both of their games so far and would look to carry their good show. The Yoddhas registered a 34-31 win against Patna Pirates in the last game. Gagan Gowda top-scored with seven points, whereas Ashu Singh, Bhavani Rajput, and captain Sumit scored five points apiece.
