Gujarat Giants will lock horns against U Mumba in the 40th match of the ongoing Pro Kabaddi League 2022 at the Shree Kanteerava Indoor Stadium, Bengaluru on Wednesday. The Gujarat Giants have won three out of the six matches they have played, lost two, and tied one.
They are currently in the fourth position in the standings with 19 points under their belt. On the other hand, U Mumba has won three matches and lost as many and they are currently in eighth place in the points table with 16 points.
Gujarat Giants won their previous match against Haryana Steelers by 42-38. Rakesh was the top performer for his team as he mustered 18 points and played a key role in the team’s win.
Meanwhile, U Mumba lost their last game against Bengaluru Bulls by 42-32. Guman Singh scored 11 points for U Mumba but his efforts went in vain as his team lost by 10 points.
