Telugu Titans lost their previous match against U.P. Yoddhas by 43-24. Adarsh T and Mohit Pahal scored five points each for the Titans but their team lost by a margin of 19 points.
Meanwhile, U Mumba had won their last game against Bengal Warriors by 36-25. Rinku and substitute Ashish scored eight points apiece for the team in their 11-point win.
