India vs England 2025, 2nd T20I – Stats Preview

India will take on England in the second T20I at the MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai on Saturday. The hosts took a 1-0 lead in the five-match series as they registered a comprehensive seven-wicket win at Eden Gardens, Kolkata.

The home team was able to come up with a collective show whereas England must come up with an improved batting performance. Jos Buttler was the lone warrior for the team as he scored 68 runs but the other batters failed to show resistance.

Varun Chakravarthy was right on the money as he returned with impressive figures of 3-23 in his quota of four overs.

India captain Suryakumar Yadav needs five sixes to complete 150 maximums in the T20I format.

Washington Sundar needs three wickets to complete 50 scalps in the T20I version.

India’s vice-captain Axar Patel needs two runs to reach the 500-run mark in T20Is.

Sanju Samson needs three sixes to complete 50 maximums in the T20I format.

Arshdeep Singh needs three scalps to become the first Indian bowler to complete 100 wickets in T20Is.

Rinku Singh needs 10 fours to complete 50 boundaries in the shortest format.
