Pro Kabaddi auction 2022 came to a close after two days of exciting action on August 6. Pawan Sehrawat became the most expensive player in PKL history after Tamil Thalaivas roped him for a huge amount of INR 2.26 crores on Day 1 of the auction. Vikash Khandola was brought by Bengaluru Bulls for INR 1.70 crores.

On the other hand, Iranian kabaddi legend Fazel Atrachali was signed by Puneri Paltan for INR 1.38 crores, which makes him the most expensive foreign player ahead of the ninth season of the PKL.
